Service Hours:
We offer a Standard service day of 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
On Demand Service:
We service and support virtually all OEM x-ray equipment. Our high quality service is
available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Service Contracts:
Alpha offers service contracts for a wide variety of equipment types. We can put together a full-service,
labor only, parts only or a PM quote for you. We pride ourselves in putting together custom proposals

Planned Maintenance:
We provide a variety of preventive and planned maintenance programs for your system or department that
meet or exceed the recommendations of the manufacturer.
Multi-Vendor Residence Program:
We can place a service engineer at your facility full time to service virtually any manufacturer's line of equipment.
While this level of coverage is usually only required by larger facilities, Alpha can offer a proposal that can
integrate our engineers into your team.
Image System Evaluations:
We offer a complete image evaluation at fixed cost, using state-of-the-art test equipment to evaluate
intensifier gain and contrast ratio. Our detailed report includes the complete assessment and recommendations
for improvement. Any cost for this service is credited towards the purchase of any image system
replacement component or upgrade from Alpha.
Image System or Technology Upgrades:
Utilizing a variety of vendors, Alpha provides a unique solution in the form of an image or
technology upgrade for your existing imaging system or department.
